Delivery times may vary for each carrier, please track your parcel with the carrier of your supplied tracking number. If there are any issues that may delay your shipment leaving the warehouse, we will advise you accordingly.

Returns for change of mind are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Where an incorrect item has been ordered, we are happy to arrange an exchange for the correct product; however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in each direction.
Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced and we will send you a reply paid sticker to return the goods.
